Liability problems in other European countries
As an operator of a photovoltaic plant, you are liable for all damages attributable to the plant. The question of liability varies considerably in the individual European countries despite EU harmonization.
Even the environment-related liabilities are very different.
A German liability insurance policy is not sufficient for dealing with these liabilities.
We recommend a national standard liability policy with a German master cover policy based on this.
The same is naturally also applicable for environmental liability.
