About Us
Wirtschafts-Assekuranz-Makler GmbH has been active as an insurance broker for 12 years.
We have been closely associated with the photovoltaic plants sector for over 6 years now, and deal with all the insurance-related problems pertaining to this sector.
We have been participating in PV trade fairs regularly as an exhibitor since 2007.
Our own PV team now consists of 4 people. They use their specialized knowledge in the PV plant sector to solve insurance-related problems for our customers.
This is where concepts are created, policies written, claims processed and collections made – complete solutions under one roof.
Our customers include operators, dealers, installers and manufacturers. Our insurance solutions cover the manufacturing process, transport, installation, operations, but also special guarantee solutions.
Our concepts cover risks in the whole of Europe. As an internationally active insurance broker, we have permits to operate in all these countries and have excellent contacts with internationally active insurance companies.
Meanwhile, we have insured about 1,500 plants ranging from the smallest 1 KWp plant up to the biggest 30 MWp plant. They stretch across half of Europe – Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece, Belgium, France, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria to be precise.
We constantly strive to develop new insurance solutions in this sector.
For example, we were among the first to introduce policies with an earnings guarantee.
Even in the area of theft protection at PV plants, our technology partner offers solutions that we developed together.
